1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the 999xo platform ("we", "our", "999xo") and its users ("you", "member"). 999xo is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment services for players in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering is calculated as 15 times the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount.
• The bonus applies only once and is for new members only.
• If any discrepancy is found in account details during the bonus period, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The bonus cannot be claimed using the same device or IP address.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

999xo's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on member activity. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback funds. 999xo reserves the right to modify or cancel bonuses or VIP benefits at any time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all benefits.
• The original deposited funds alone cannot be withdrawn before a bonus is completed.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms — read the details of each offer carefully.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once the system successfully confirms it and the funds are deducted from the account. Bets cancelled due to network issues or system errors cannot be recovered.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Refunds

If an event is cancelled or not played under valid conditions, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, the odds of the cancelled event will be calculated as 1 (1.00).

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits apply to each event and market. 999xo reserves the right to change limits on any market or event without prior notice.

6.4 Technical Errors

999xo reserves the right to void bets accepted at abnormal or incorrect odds due to a system error. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error may be forfeited.

7 Fair Play and Fraud

999xo is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses by transferring funds between accounts ("chip dumping").
• Betting activity connected to match fixing or manipulation.
• Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing opposing bets on the same outcome ("arbitrage betting").
• Claiming promotional benefits using multiple accounts.

If such activity is detected, 999xo reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all deposited funds and winnings.
